• Obtain access to SPRR property,
• Obtain all required permits for the drilling and installation of groundwater monitoring
wells;
* Collect soil samples in the off site borings from the ground surface at 5-foot intervals to
the first occurrence of groundwater. Selected soil samples will be analyzed for total
petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH; Method 8015M) and benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene and
xylenes (BTEX; Method 8020);
• Purge and sample groundwater from each of the monitoring wells All groundwater
samples will be analyzed for TPH, BTEX and total lead using EPA methods 8015M, 8020
and 7421, respectively;
• Survey well casings for relative elevation and measure depths to groundwater in all wells
to evaluate the groundwater flow direction and hydraulic gradient;
• Conduct a vapor extraction treatability test on the three BFI wells. Vapor samples will be
collected and analyzed for TPH and BTEX; and
• Prepare and submit to 650 Management a written report summarizing the findings of this
. investigation.
1.3 Schedule
Park will mobilize to conduct the field work portion of this work plan within ten (10) working
days after receipt of approval to proceed by 650 Management The final report will be presented
to 650 Management within 45 days after completion of the field work.
2.0 BACKGROUND
2.1 Facility Description
The site is located in a commercial area at 151 South Main Street, Manteca, California.
