As discussed in a meeting <br /> you attended on May 20, 1991 with PHS/EHD staff, "Tri-Regional Board Staff <br /> Recommendation"state that if gradient can be determined from an adjacent site a <br /> monitoring well should be installed within 10 feet of the former tank Iocation in the <br /> verified downgradient direction.
