ME'
4
j K
o-
6
r
SUMMARY:
1. All UST's have been removed from th, property, and residual
soil contamination appears to be absent, or of very minor extent.
2. The UST's have not been in service for many years, and any
possible contamination has either stabilized or migrated far off
the property, beyond the 229 Moffat Blvd. site.
3.. Based on results of a major groundwater investigation on a
i nearby property which is dawn-gradient from site #2333-1, no
t contamination was noted in either soil or groundwater samples in
1 wells nearest to the subject property.
F
4. The potential threat tocontamination of groundwater from
this site, if such ever existed, appears to have been removed.
CONCLUSION:
Bused upon all of the available data, further site assessment
work does not appear warranted, since there is no evidence that
t this site did, or will in the future, cause degradation of the
groundwater in the area. Further site assessment and/or .
groundwater monitoring work does not appear necessary.
Sincerely,.
WM. J. HU R & ASSOCIATES 3
Wi m J.
