The submittal of this report was extended <br /> as indicated in the letter from the County dated October 26, 2004 (Attachment 1). <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The site is an active service station located at 334 East Main Street in Ripon, California <br /> (Figures 1 and 2). Current site facilities include three 12,000-gallon gasoline underground <br /> storage tanks (USTs), two dispenser islands under a common canopy, and a station <br /> building containing two hydraulic hoists. <br /> SENSITIVE RECEPTOR SURVEY <br /> A sensitive receptor survey was performed to identify domestic and municipal wells within a <br /> 1-mile radius of the site. The sensitive receptor survey consisted of reviewing DWR files <br /> and performing a door-to-door field reconnaissance within a 1-mile radius of the site. The <br /> results of the survey are presented below. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES WELL DATABASE REVIEW <br /> The DWR database review was performed by a SECOR representative on September 28, <br /> 2004, to identify known permitted well locations within a 1-mile radius of the site. Forty-six <br /> water supply wells were identified within a 1-mile radius of the site. Fourteen water supply <br /> wells were identified within a 2,000-foot radius of the site.
