k.w S EOR N.01
Ms. Victoria McCartney
November 15, 2004
Page 2
water wells are depicted on Figure 3. DWR well database results are summarized in Table
1.
DOOR-TO-DOOR WELL SURVEY
On October 14, 15, and 25, 2004, SECOR personnel conducted a door-to-door survey of
businesses and residences within, ixiJa 1-mile radius of the site to determine the location of
wells not identified through the DWR database review. A total of 51 businesses and 234
residences were surveyed during the sensitive receptor survey. Of the 234 residences, 130
of the occupants were not home at the time of the survey. If the property owner or resident
was not present at the time of the survey, a well survey form and a pre-addressed stamped
envelope was left at their door. As of November 11, 2004, 21 of the residences responded
to the survey.
The field survey identified two domestic wells not identified during the DWR database
review, within a 2,000-foot radius of the site. The wells identified.are operational domestic
wells. The location of the wells are depicted on Figure 4. Door-to-door results are
summarized in Table 2. Signed copies of the water supply well location survey forms are
shown in Attachment 3.
Additionally, the City of Ripon supplied SECOR with the 2003 Water Quality Report. The
Water Quality Report, included in Attachment 3, details the water sources and system
operations with the City of Ripon.
If you have any questions or comments regarding the contents of this report, please contact
Robert J.
