In that letter you stated that Ultramar planned to replace <br /> the tanks, lines, and dispensers in 1994 . To date the tank <br /> system has not been replaced. The monitoring and vapor <br /> extraction wells have not been used since April 1993 . <br /> Please submit a letter describing how the wells will be <br /> destroyed, a permit application, and $60 fee.
