TL 791-199-09 Page 7 <br /> Cleanup/Decontamination Procedures : At the end of the workday, the <br /> following procedures will be used to allow for the safe removal and <br /> decontamination of personal protective equipment: <br /> 1. Boots and gloves will be washed with TSP detergent and tap <br /> water, then rinsed before removal. <br /> 2 . Boot covers and coveralls will be removed and coveralls placed <br /> in a plastic bag for appropriate disposal. <br /> 3 . Gloves will then be removed and placed in the plastic bag; <br /> hands will be washed with soap and water. <br /> 4 . Spent protective clothing will be stored on-site in 55-gallon <br /> steel barrels and properly disposed of after receipt of <br /> laboratory analyses . <br /> Person Responsible for Health and Safety at Project: Twining's <br /> project geologist or engineer will be the designated Twining site safety <br /> officer. His responsibilities will include implementation of the site <br /> l safety plan, and the general safety of the personnel involved with the <br /> field operations . <br /> f <br /> PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The project will be scheduled upon approval from the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health. The estimated duration of the field <br /> activities is one day. The estimated time to complete the scope of work <br /> presented herein is approximately five weeks following the conclusion of <br /> the field activities. <br /> LIMITATIONS <br /> The proposed scope of work assumes the soil boring sites will be <br /> l accessible to a truck-mounted drilling rig at the time of the field <br /> exploration and can be readily located in the field from existing site <br /> features . <br /> Twining shall not be responsible for damage to underground <br /> utilities or other installations unless they are accurately shown on <br /> plans made available to Twining prior to the field operations .
