As for the boring permit and additional permitting fees I will have those over to <br /> EHD by either this afternoon or early tomorrow morning. I will also include an updated MFR form, as I <br /> forgot to include it yesterday. <br /> As far as the pilot tests are concerned, I believe AGE will not be performing the ozone feasibility pilot test <br /> until next year, after Cal Stop has been given allotted the 2012-2013 budget. Also, Tim is working with <br /> Caltrans at the moment to get the encroachment permit and permission for the off-site well. AGE will install <br /> the off-site well at another time, after the off-site permitting is taken care of.
