Main <br /> Manteca, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) <br /> has received a copy of the letter to you from Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board dated January 25, 1994, concurring with the request for closure of the <br /> above referenced site. <br /> There are currently six monitoring wells at the site which need to be. destroyed. <br /> Please submit a plan for destruction of the wells, a PHS/EHD permit application and <br /> $60 permit fee. After the permit has been issued by.
