No direct contact was made with the samples. <br /> No sampling was conducted by representatives from SJCEHD or CVRWQCB. <br /> Summary of Exit Interview <br /> Lisa Medina, SJCEHD representative, summarized and restated the purpose of the site visit <br /> with Ms. Hernandez and asked if her concerns and questions were adequately answered and <br /> addressed. Ms. Hernandez stated that she was glad we had come out to investigate and stated <br /> her primary complaint was that she had not been informed of the contamination from 4075 E. <br /> Main Street, Stockton, CA, Jamar Service. Ms. Hernandez was asked if SJCEHD and <br /> CVRWQCB representatives could return on Monday, August 26`", 2013 to obtain water samples <br /> from an outside spigot of her single family dwelling. Ms. Hernandez granted permission and <br /> indicated that she would most likely be home.
