Cummings and Associates (JPCA) is pleased to offer this <br /> proposal. , in response to the work plan items requested by San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) in letters <br /> to you elated December 5, 2000, March 8, 2001 and May 22 2001 for <br /> the real property located at 4075 East Main Street, Stockton CA. <br /> This workplan includes the requirements for the quarterly <br /> monitoring of the wells as identified by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) in the May 22 2001 . <br /> Letter. <br /> This workplan will be submitted to the SJCEHD for their approval. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The parcel is approximately rectangular. With approximately 150 <br /> feet on oro Street north to the lot's rear border, then <br /> approximately 150 feet along the rear fence, then approximately <br /> 120 feet southerly to East Main -Street and then approximately 160 <br /> feet easterly to the. NW Corner of the intersection of Oro and <br /> Main Streets. Figure .1 is a site location map. <br /> The following proposal is based on the UST removal report (June <br /> 6, 1995 ) from the site. The prior Phase II Report from JPCA and <br /> the above identified letters from SJCEHD to you. <br /> Prior work indicated no or minimum levels of hydrocarbon <br /> contamination in bath the soil and groundwater at the MW-5 <br /> location. The contamination appears to be on the south and east <br /> portion of the subject site. <br /> 1 <br />
