Cummings and Associates (JPCA) is pleased to offer this <br /> additional characterization environmental investigation proposal, <br /> as requested by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division <br /> (SJCEHD) in a letter to you dated November 3, 1999 for the real <br /> property located at 4075 East Main Street, Stockton. CA. <br /> This additional proposed work is based on the documents recently <br /> sent JPCA, the prior Phase II Report and the above identified <br /> letter. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The parcel is approximately rectangular. With approximately 150 <br /> feet on Oro Street north to the lot's rear border, then <br /> approximately 150 feet along the rear fence, then approximately <br /> 120 feet southerly to East Main Street and then approximately 160 <br /> feet easterly to the NW Cornerof the intersection of Oro and <br /> Main Streets. Figure 1 is a site location map. <br /> The following proposal is based on the UST removal report (June <br /> 6, 1990 from the site.
