Main <br /> Manteca, CA 95336 <br /> As stated in numerous letters from the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) , and the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) , further <br /> site assessment is required before the above referenced site can be <br /> evaluated for closure. Requests for additional information <br /> defining the extent of groundwater contamination have been made <br /> since July 6, 1988 (CVRWQCB) . <br /> A work plan to define the extent of groundwater contamination is <br /> due May 31, 1991. A complete Preliminary Assessment Report (PAR) <br /> is due July 30, 1991.
