Hinson: <br /> ENVIRONME Ilr <br /> Re : EMBUD Stockton Center, 1804 West Main StrgptMITIseC Code 1169 <br /> Transmittal of Third Quarter 1994 Monitoring Report <br /> Enclosed please find a copy of the Third Quarter 1994 Monitoring <br /> Report summarizing field activities and analytical data collected <br /> at East Bay Municipal Utility District' s (EBMUD) Stockton yard <br /> site during the third quarter of 1994 . The monitoring activities <br /> were conducted on August 29, 1994 by B&V Waste Science in <br /> accordance with a workplan approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services Environmental Health Division. <br /> A comparison of the third quarter data with the second quarter <br /> data shows no significant changes in contaminant concentrations <br /> or migration. The Report of Waste Discharge Permit Application <br /> was submitted to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board in September. EBMUD is waiting. for review and <br /> approval of this application before conducting enzyme enhanced <br /> bioremediation at this site. <br /> As a duly authorized representative of EBMUD, I certify under <br /> penalty of law that this document and all attachments are, to the <br /> best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete .
