Hinson:
Re : EBMUD Stockton Center, 1804 West Main Street, Site Code 1169
Transmittal of First Quarter 1994 Monitoring Report
Enclosed is 1 copy of the First Quarter 1994 Monitoring Report
summarizing field activities and analytical data collected at
East Bay Municipal Utility District' s (EBMUD) Stockton Yard site
during the First Quarter of 1994 (1Q94) . The 1Q94 monitoring
activities were conducted by theconsulting firm B&V Waste
Science in accordance with a workplan approved by the San Joaquin
County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division on
July 29, 1993 .
Based on a comparison of First Quarter 1994 with Third and Fourth
Quarter 1993 sampling results, it appears that the contaminant
concentrations in MW-8 are decreasing, while contaminant
concentrations in MW-1 are beginning to increase . This potential
trend will monitored during future sampling and remediation.
As a duly authorized representative of EBMUD, I certify under
penalty of law that this document and all attachments are, to the
best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate and complete.
