In a January 26, 1993 letter to the <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health <br /> Department (PHS-EHD) , the District promised to provide PHS-EHD <br /> with copies of project milestones. As promised, a copy of the <br /> District's Request -for Proposals (RFP) for the Stockton Yard <br /> Remediation is attached. <br /> The consultant procurement process has not deviated from the <br /> schedule proposed to PHS-EHD by the District in January 1993 . <br /> The -District still expects to select a consultant and issue a <br /> Notice to Proceed (NTP) in early June 1993 . A copy of the <br /> District's NTP will be provided to PHS-EHD. <br /> The -District has contracted with Roy F. Weston to conduct 2 <br /> quarterly monitoring events during the period prior to Board <br /> approval.
