The remediation is anticipated to take 10 weeks, pumping at a rate of 2.5 gallons per minute. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. The project shall be constructed and operated in accordance with the requirements contained in <br /> the General Order and in accordance with the information submitted in the report of waste <br /> discharge. <br /> 2. Regional Board staff shall be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of project construction <br /> activities. <br /> 3. The required annual fee (as specified in the annual billing you will receive from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board) shall be submitted until this Notice of Applicability is officially <br /> revoked. <br /> 4. Discharge of material other than ground water from the investigation and cleanup of petroleum <br /> fuel pollution, or discharge from the investigation of petroleum fuel pollution where other <br /> contaminants exist in the ground water, is prohibited. <br /> 5. The discharge of wastes or wastewater into any surface water or surface water drainage course is <br /> prohibited. <br /> 6.
