WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> GENERAL ORDER FOR LAND DISPOSAL -S- <br /> OF GROUND WATER FROM CLEANUP OF <br /> PETROLEUM FUEL POLLUTION <br /> D. SOLIDS DISPOSAL <br /> 1. Collected screenings, sludges, and other solids removed from the <br /> treated ground water, or generated as the result of groundwater <br /> treatment, shall be disposed of in a manner approved by the <br /> Executive Officer. <br /> E. PROVISIONS <br /> 1. The Discharger shall comply with the Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program contained in Attachment B of this Order. <br /> 2. The Discharger shall comply with all applicable Standard Provisions <br /> contained in Attachment C of this Order. <br /> 3. The Discharger may be required to submit technical reports as <br /> directed by the Executive Officer. <br /> 4. The Discharger shall notify the Board when their cleanup activities, <br /> covered by these requirements, are complete, so that the Notice of <br /> Applicability may be withdrawn and the Discharger will no longer be <br /> covered by this Order. <br /> I , WILLIAM H.
