Contingency Plan <br /> 1.0 Pre-emergency Planning . <br /> Prior to field work, the local hospital and Fire Department will be <br /> advised of the nature of the work. Any special requirements regarding <br /> emergency procedures will be discussed. Items such as the designated <br /> meeting place in case of emergency, hospital route, personnel roles, lines <br /> of authority, and any emergency audio/visual signals will,be identified. <br /> 2.0 Personnel Roles, Lines of Authority, Training, and <br /> Communication <br /> The SSC will be trained in CPR and standard first aid. In case of <br /> emergency, the SSC will be in charge of site activities and will direct site <br /> ` personnel as needed. The SSC will contact the District Stockton Service <br /> L Center onsite supervisor and other personnel as required, in the event of <br /> an emergency. <br /> 3.0 Emergency Recognition and Prevention <br /> r Fire is a potential source of danger from drilling activities or from <br /> 4a petroleum products or associated volatiles.
