PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> '13430 N. Lower Sacramento Road, in the City of Lodi (APN 058-070- <br /> 06) on the East side of Lower Sacramento Road, South of Harney <br /> Lane, has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan ;is a <br /> proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated <br /> the site due to unauthorized releases associated with underground <br /> storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup -of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at, the <br /> City of Lodi Public . Library, and PHS/EHD, 304 E. Weber Street, <br /> Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 <br /> p.m. If a written request by any member of the public for a public <br /> hearing is not received by PHS/EHD by 8-14-95 the tentative <br /> decision shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 388, Stockton, 95201 .
