Property Access&Information
Importance: High
Dear Ms. Rishwane,
Thank you for recently returning my telephone call. As we discussed, ConocoPhillips Company is
performing an environmental assessment of the soil and groundwater in the areas surrounding the 76
Station, #5886, located at 2701 W. March Lane in Stockton, CA., also identified as San Joaquin County
Assessor's Parcel #118-020-05. The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD)
requires the assessment to determine if the areas have been impacted by gasoline that may have
originated from the service station. In order to comply with the SJCEHD, we are requesting permission to
enter the property located at the above address, to install (3) groundwater-monitoring wells - "MW-11D,
MW-11I & MW-11S," and one (1) hand boring - "HB-4" (the Work) as labeled and shown on "Exhibit A,"
the site plan attached to the License Agreement. "HB-4" is a one-time soil boring that will be tested and,
upon completion of the test, It will be filled with grout.
