INTER TIONAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION <br /> extraction, brass tube ends will be immediately sealed with <br /> aluminum foil and fitted with end caps to prevent the loss of <br /> r. volatile compounds . Each tube will be placed in a _se -� <br /> 0 ziploc bag and sealed with security tape . Samples will be stored <br /> in a refrigerated ice chest and delivered to a DOHS certified <br /> laboratory for chemical analysis . Chain-of-Custody and Request- <br /> For-Analysis forms will accompany the samples at all times . <br /> Soils produced during drilling will be placed in drums and stored <br /> on site . After analytical results have been received they will <br /> be disposed properly . <br /> 3 . 2 GROUNDWATER SAMPLING <br /> If groundwater is encountered during drilling a sample will be <br /> collected through the augers using a pre-cleaned disposable <br /> bailer . The sample will then be transferred to glass bottles for <br /> shipment . Bottles will be placed in a ziploc bag and sealed with <br /> security tape . Samples will be stored in a refrigerated ice <br /> -- chest and delivered to a DOHS certified laboratory for analyses . <br /> 3 . 3 CHEMICAL ANALYSIS <br /> All samples will be analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons as <br /> gasoline or diesel, and benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene and <br /> xylene (BTEX) following EPA test methods 8015 and 8020 . <br /> 4 . 0 HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> -- A site specific health and safety plan and hospital route map are <br /> presented in Appendix A. <br /> 4 <br /> MA:ENG : 9284MER/050691 <br />
