(Stratus). <br /> The Report includes ground water results for sampling performed in May 2011. Ground water gasoline <br /> contaminant concentrations on-site in the area of the former USTs (well S-1)are extremely elevated. The <br /> current contaminant concentrations in the soil and the ground water on-site in the source area warrant <br /> remediation to reduce contaminant mass. <br /> The soil and ground water assessment has been completed at this site and soil and ground water cleanup <br /> will be required. Ground water sampling has been conducted and results have been used to evaluate <br /> contaminant concentration trends over time. EHD agrees with recommendation in Report to prepare a <br /> remediation feasibility study and to conduct remediation pilot testing. <br /> Please prepare and submit a remediation feasibility study by November 1, 2011, that includes a work plan <br /> to conduct remediation pilot testing.
