A report of findings with conclusions and recommendations must be submitted to EHD by <br /> January 1, 2009. <br /> 4. When the additional site assessment data becomes available, the new information and <br /> previous data already collected will be submitted to EHD and CVRWQCB in the context of a <br /> Site Conceptual Model (SCM). <br /> 5.
