Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> 209/468-3420 00 <br /> CHUCK NICHOLS <br /> USA PETROLEUM <br /> 30101 AGOURA CT #200 tIMLED OCT 3 01995 <br /> AGOURA HILLS CA 91301-4311 <br /> RE: USA Petroleum #110 SITE CODE: 1669 <br /> 2132 Mariposa Road <br /> Stockton Ca <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has completed <br /> the review of the "Second Quarter 1995 Groundwater Monitoring Report" dated October, 1995, <br /> submitted by Park Environmental, and has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> Historical groundwater results have shown groundwater to be nondetect for diesel constituents. <br /> Therefore, please discontinue analyzing groundwater for diesel at this time. <br /> This last phase of field work should have generated sufficient data to compile a corrective action plan <br /> (CAP) for this site. Therefore, the next report to be submitted to this office should be a CAP. The <br /> CAP for this site is due by December 4, 1996. <br /> In addition, the investigative work at the site has generated a considerable amount of soil and <br /> groundwater, currently being stored on site in 55 gallon drums.
