Ranches,the owners of the property located at 2101 East Mariposa Toad. Our client's property is across the street from the above-mentioned site. In correspondence to you dated March 21, 1995,we stated we had no objection to the installation of a groundwater monitoring well on our client's property. I called your office today to determine if any testing and/or reports had been done by USA Gasoline related to the well on F.J.S. Ranches'property and what the results were. You informed me that USA Gasoline has not yet installed the groundwater monitoring well on my client's property and that they are in the process of obtaining an encroachment permit from the City. You anticipate that the well will probably be installed in the next several weeks and that we may see some results from USA Gasoline approximately a month after that. Based upon the foregoing, I will call your office during the fust part of August in order to see if any testing has been submitted to your office and make arrangements to obtain the testing results. Finally, this is to confirm that, at present,there are no indications that my client's property is contaminated.
