This study is being coordinated with the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Services ("AGENCY"). The AGENCY is requiring that USA evaluate <br /> the extent of petroleum hydrocarbons in the subsurface immediately south of the USA site. Thus <br /> it has become necessary for USA to expand its study to include the side walk in front of your <br /> property. Accordingly, USA is requesting temporary access to the side walk on your side of <br /> the property (APN #17129055). <br /> USA plans to install one groundwater monitoring well on the side walk (city right of way). All <br /> necessary permits will be obtained from the city before installing this well. Please refer to the <br /> enclosed site map for the location of the proposed monitoring well. It is important to note that <br /> the AGENCY is overseeing this project. The AGENCY has expressed great interest in moving <br /> forward as quickly as possible with this work.
