Ranches in regards to the abovecaptioned matter. We are <br /> writing in response to your letter dated December 22, 1994 because your correspondence fails to <br /> provide our client with sufficient information from which to make an informed decision regarding <br /> your request for "temporary access to the side walk on your side of the property(APN <br /> 917129055)."
