� � V <br /> Page 3 <br /> 3.0 Re-Excavation Work Plan-Continued <br /> Due to the number non-detectable results and considering <br /> the potential number of sample points in the "re- <br /> excavation" we propose the analysis for these <br /> constituants be waived. We feel the additional data <br /> obtained may be redundant and therefore not cost- <br /> effective. <br /> 5. Upon final determination that all the contaminated <br /> soil has been removed, the excavation will be <br /> backfilled with pea gravel to -5 ' and imported approved <br /> material mechanically compacted to match existing grade. <br /> 6. The excavated soil will be either treated onsite by <br /> an approved method as permitted by PHS-EHD and San <br /> rr <br /> Joaquin County A.P.C.D. or transported and disposed <br /> of at a permitted facility with manifest copies provided <br /> to P.H.S.-E.H.D. <br /> 1r <br />
