Robert Smith (an 'employee y <br /> of VanDePol Enterprises, Inc.) spilled approximately 20 - 30 gallons of <br /> unleaded regular gasoline while, filling an underground storage tank at <br /> Collegeville Market; northeast corner of Jack Tone 6 Mariposa. Roads. Mr. <br /> Smith used water to dilute the spill and caused water/gasoline mixture <br /> to spread onto other soil at the site and along the northeast side of <br /> Jack Tone Road. (See site diagram.) <br /> The following work plan is designed to clean-up and replace the affected <br /> soil. <br /> WORK PERFORMED NOVEMBER 9, 1988: <br /> Affected areas were covered by polyethylene plastic and weighted down <br /> to prevent rainfall from affecting any other soil area.
