It was removed from the Police Facility at 22 East Market Street. <br /> Approval to conduct a 24-hour demonstration has been given by the San Joaquin Valley Unified <br /> Air Pollution Control District, letter attached. The date for the demonstration has been changed <br /> to December 2, 1992. Resna will take before-and-after soil samples to measure the effectiveness <br /> of the procedure. You and your staff are welcome to visit the site during the sampling or <br /> demonstration.
