Vapor extraction using our Vapor Generator Systems. <br /> National Vapor Industries will construct a manifold of pipe to <br /> inject 300 to 1200 degree steam under- the contamination as treat <br /> and steam migrate a Vacumm system will be Placed x n a Position as <br /> to receive and be the contamination in drums. for -separation <br /> and containment. This system will be a closed loop system to <br /> avoid air emissions. <br /> This will reduce to an acceptable level , with the governing agen- <br /> cy, all contamination as it has been repr8sunted to Us. The <br /> contamination as represented by the City of Stockton has been <br /> gasoline. <br /> The City of Stockton has agreed to excavate the contaminated soil <br /> to Sections this will reduce the compaction and accelerate the <br /> remediation process. <br /> Elements used for this process will be supplied by The City ofStockton, which are Fuel (Natural Gas) Water (house water supply) � <br /> and Air (1 2;psi Compressor) . <br /> Piping system will be rentod and billed Per site through National <br /> Vapor Industries, Inc. to the City of Stockton. <br /> National Vapor Industries intends to demonstrate this technology <br /> at no cost to the City of Stockton ( with the above mentioned <br /> exceptions) this demonstration will incorporate the soil <br /> as ry- <br /> i <br /> viewed on Tuesday 9/29/92, at the point ofsuccessfullycomplet- <br /> ing this demons'tr-ation, this proposal may became, at the discre- <br /> tion of both parties, an agreemcent/contr,ct between National <br /> Vapor Industries, Inc. and The City of Stockton cos <br /> is will be at <br /> a rate oaf $ 50- 00 per cubic yard of soil , this will include casts <br /> associated with the Vapor Generators, such as transportation, Set i <br /> Up, Engineering.
