proper operation. The daily facility inspection logs have been expanded to clarify the <br /> tank inspection requirements. See attached inspection log. <br /> #45 The contingency plan has been updated. See attached. <br /> #49 Name and job title of each employee have been updated in the training records. See <br /> attached job summaries for each employee. <br /> #83 This issue was corrected on site during the inspection. A proper Universal Waste label <br /> for alkaline batteries was adhered to the drum of batteries. (The drum in question has <br /> since been shipped to our recycler; see attached picture for example of label.) <br /> Notes: Automotive batteries are labeled as Hazardous Waste. Our contractor uses a program <br /> to generate pre-filled labels, which was printing "Universal Waste" labels with the <br /> automotive battery description in error. Staff had been instructed to cross out the <br /> "Universal Waste" heading and replace it with "Hazardous Waste' until the issue was <br /> corrected, which lead to some confusion.
