A phone line shall be maintained at the business for the purpose of taking complaints <br /> regarding the operation of this use. Calls received on this phone line shall be forwarded <br /> to an answering machine or service when the business is closed, otherwise the phone <br /> shall be manned by personnel during normal business hours. The phone number shall <br /> be posted on the premises so that it is visible from the right-of-way and be given to the <br /> Community Development Department, Planning Division, and the Police Department, <br /> Neighborhood Services Division, once it is established. In addition, the phone number of <br /> the Neighborhood Services Division shall be posted as an alternate phone number to <br /> contact in the event that the operator of this facility is not responsive to such complaints. <br /> A log shall be maintained of all phone calls received, including those made to the <br /> answering machine or service. <br /> 18. The owner/operator shall be responsible for the removal of the truck scale located in <br /> southbound Lincoln Street, immediately adjacent to and currently servinq the site, and <br /> shall restore the roadway section and pavement area to current City Standards prior to <br /> the vacation of the subject site. Within 60 days of the effective date of this amended Use <br /> Permit, the owner/operator shall post security guaranteeing said removal. <br /> 19. The Stockton Fire Department requires that the site remain intact with provisions for <br /> meeting fire access onto the property in order to perform firefighting operations during the <br /> proposed 12-month transition to the 2435 East Weber Avenue site (under separate <br /> permit) and subsequent vacation of this site. <br /> 20. Maintenance of housekeeping and pile storage of combustible materials shall be <br /> maintained in an acceptable manner, as required by the Fire Department. <br /> 21. The facility shall maintain the required annual Fire Department operational permits and all <br /> activities on the site shall be conducted in conformance with those permits. Copies of all <br /> operational_permits required for this site shall be posted on the premises until the facility <br /> is closed. <br /> 22. Maintain all existing portable fire extinguishing appliances (fire extinguishers, water <br /> hoses, etc.) until the site is fully vacated. <br /> 23. This Use Permit shall supercede all previously-approved Use Permits on the subject site <br /> and shall expire on February 29, 2012. Any request for time extension shall be filed 90 <br /> days prior to the date of expiration, in accordance with Stockton Municipal Code Section <br /> 16.96.030. _Upon expiration, the owners, developers and successors-in-interest shall <br /> cease operation of the facility and remove all structures, equipment, debris and related- <br /> appurtenances from the site to the satisfaction of the Community Development Director. <br /> A detailed site demolition plan shall be submitted to the Community Development Director <br /> a minimum of three (3) months prior to expiration of this Use Permit and the required <br /> clean-up of the site shall be completed with three (3) months of the expiration of this Use <br /> Permit. <br /> PAGE 3OF4 <br />
