Cross Directories The Cross Directories are a collection of phone books that lists the occupant of a property by address rather than by the phone number. The Cross Directories were reviewed by Wilsearch Information Network to determine the past occupants of the subject site. This research indicated that Diamond International Corporation occupied the subject site prior to 1938 through 1986. There were no listings for the subject site between 1987 and 1995. The subject site is currently occupied by Don's Mobile Glass. Sanborn Fire Maps The Sanborn Fire 'Maps were not readily available for review. Chain of Title Search A -50 year chain of title search was completed for the subject property. Tl_e chain of title documents for the subject site listed several individuals as grantees. The title search for the subject site included a search of records dating back to 1935. No obvious environmental concerns could be determined by our review of the information contained in the title search documents. Table 1 illustrates the grantees of the subject site.
