Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Project a:99-1261 <br /> Proposed AutoZone Site,Manteca,California <br /> February 19, 1999 <br /> Page 13 <br /> Indications of Solid Waste Disposal <br /> There were no signs of hazardous solid waste being stored, maintained, or disposed <br /> of on the subject site noted during our research or site reconnaissance. <br /> Additional Concerns <br /> Septic Svstem <br /> No indications of any septic system being located at the subject site were noted in the <br /> county files, nor were any indications of a septic system noted in the site <br /> reconnaissance or the geotechnical evaluation. <br /> Groundwater Wells <br /> There were no obvious indications of the presence of groundwater production wells <br /> monitoring wells, nor dry wells located on the subject site. <br /> I Odors <br /> I There were no unidentified odors noted during the site reconnaissance. <br /> i Pools or Sumps of Liquid <br /> During the site reconnaissance, water was observed ponding in a depression on the <br /> northwestern corner of the subject site. However, the site reconnaissance was <br /> performed during a period of heavy rain. The ponding water does not appear to pose <br /> an environmental threat. <br /> Stained Soil or Pavement <br /> There were no heavy stains observed on the soils or pavement noted during the site <br /> reconnaissance. <br /> Stressed Veaetation <br /> There was no vegetation observed on the subject site. <br /> Potable Water <br /> There were no dry wells, irrigation wells. injection wells, monitoring wells, <br /> abandoned wells or drinking water wells observed on the subject site. Potable water <br /> (drinking water) is available to the subject site by the municipal water district. <br /> I <br />
