Inc. property located on the western side of South Main Street in the <br /> City of Manteca. California. Generally, this assessment has been conducted in accordance <br /> I with applicable existing ASTM standards. The following report presents our findings. <br /> I. SUMMARY <br /> Onsite Concerns <br /> Based on the results of this Phase I Environmental Site Assessment it is our opinion <br /> that there does not appear to be any significant environmental condition associated <br /> with the subject site. <br /> Offsite Concerns <br /> Based on the results of this investigation, there does not appear to be any recognized <br /> I <br /> environmental conditions associated with offsite sources that would significantly <br /> affect the soil or groundwater beneath the subject site with the following exception: <br /> The adjacent property to the south of the subject site (1 5 1 South Main Street) <br /> is currently remediating an unauthorized release of gasoline associated with <br /> an underground storage tank that was removed from the site. The <br /> unauthorized release reported on this site had adversely impacted the soils <br /> and the groundwater beneath the property. However. analytical results of <br /> water samples obtained from a monitoring well located between the <br /> Escondido,CA 0 Orange,CA 0 Livermore,CA • Las Vegas, NV • Houston,TX <br />
