Additionally, the soil sample analysis of the samples obtained from <br /> borings located along the property line indicated that soil contamination <br /> associated with this release has also not migrated onto the subject site. <br /> II. INTRODUCTION <br /> Purpose <br /> The purpose of this Phase I - Environmental Site Assessment and Phase II - Limited <br /> Environmental Site Assessment is to identify, to the extent feasible, pursuant to the <br /> processes described herein,recognized environmental conditions associated with the <br /> property. This report has been prepared in general accordance with ASTM <br /> Designation: E1 527, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase <br /> I - Environmental Site Assessment Process. <br /> Scope <br /> The scope of the investigation was based upon the information provided to us; the <br /> information and data obtained during our research of pertinent public records; site <br /> visits; and, the subsurface assessment. This investigation included: <br /> 1. Site reconnaissance, observations and evaluation. with emphasis on <br /> environmental concerns; <br /> 2. Review of readily available regulatory files and/or records pertinent <br /> to the site and adjacent properties; <br /> 3. Review of the area history/land use; <br /> 4. Phase II - Limited Environmental Assessment soil sampling and <br /> analysis; <br /> 5. Review of analytical data with regard to soil samples obtained from <br /> the borings; and <br /> 6. Preparation of this report presenting our findings and <br /> recommendations. <br /> i <br />
