This closure is effective March 31. The deicer and deice fluid has already been removed from the location. After March 31, 2020 SkyWest will not have any presence nor employees at Stockton. I have been working to satisfy your requests outlined below, but it will be impossible to complete without local input and our staff there is already limited and getting the help I need is not likely. I will submit a new Hazardous Materials Inventory showing nothing over threshold soon. What else do we need to do to close this out in CERS? The SCK Map 2019 does not contain a north orientation. 2. Loading areas. 3. Access and exit points(facility and structures). 4. Emergency Response Equipment(spill control). 5. Emergency shutoffs. 6. Evacuation staging area. 7. The multiple map submittals are not numbered (example: map 1, map 2) A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". i
