• Violation #8:The Employee Training is lacking the frequency of training and the required training elements. The <br /> training material spill reporting criteria contradicts the spill reporting criteria listed in Section C of the <br /> Emergency Response/Contingency Plan. <br /> - A training plan must address training for all new employees and annual training, including refresher <br /> courses,for all employees in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material, including, but not limited to: <br /> 1. Familiarity with the emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release <br /> or threatened release of a hazardous material. <br /> 2. Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel <br /> and to the unified program agency. <br /> 3. Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any <br /> potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. <br /> 4. Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. <br /> ■ As an alternate to uploading a separate employee training plan; you may refer to the training <br /> elements outlined in Section I of the Emergency Response/Contingency Plan template provided in <br /> CERS. This is accomplished by discarding the uploaded document, choosing "Provided <br /> Elsewhere in CERS'; then choosing "Ememency Response and Traininz Plans': <br /> • Violation #11—Documentation showing the employees have received training in the following elements has not <br /> been received. <br /> 1.
