Managed an audit program of 26 treatment, storage, and disposal facilities •f nationwide for a major petroleum company. Site visits were conducted and `- reports developed within three months of the contract's inception. Project Manager for over 40 underground storage tank removal and remediation +- projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Responsibilities included initial site assessment,work plan development,management of tank removals,collection of soil samples, monitoring well installation, and collection of ground-water �- samples. Overall Project Manager for construction of California Class II landfills and hand]ing/excavation of four million cubic yards of soil including on-site disposal of 2.7 million cubic yards of designated waste in engineered fills. The project called for remediating a 300 acre site so that it could be developed for residential and commercial uses. Also responsible for staging and successful negotiation of complex regulatory issues.
