(AGE), was approved for implementation. <br /> In correspondence dated February 3, 2010, you were again notified that the work plan had <br /> been approved, and you were directed to proceed with submittal of a San Joaquin County <br /> Well Permit Application, $89.00 permit fee and $345.00 permit inspection fee, and with <br /> scheduling the approved work. The deadline for installation of the groundwater monitoring <br /> wells was April 16, 2010, but no permit has been submitted and no work has been <br /> completed. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of the overdue permit and fees, including any necessary <br /> encroachment permits, and with scheduling the approved work.
