The permit and fees were due <br /> May 27, 2010, but have not been received by this agency. The deadline for completing the <br /> approved fieldwork is July 30, 2010. <br /> In correspondence dated January 21, 2010 you were notified by the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board (SWRCB) that you have been issued a Letter of Commitment <br /> (LOC), which is acknowledgement that you are eligible to submit reimbursement requests <br /> for corrective action costs incurred as part of the investigation and remediation of the <br /> contamination at this site. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of the overdue permit, fees and encroachment permit, and <br /> with scheduling the approved work. The deadline for completion of the fieldwork remains <br /> at July 30, 2010; a report of findings documenting the work is due within 60 days following <br /> completion of the fieldwork.
