Miner Avenue, and Pacific Avenue,
respectively, in the City of Stockton.
Due to scheduling conflicts, Unocal hereby requests that the "Administrative
Office Hearing" that PHS/EHD has scheduled for July 10, 1997 be continued to August 6, 1997.
So that it is prepared to address PHS/EHD's concerns and clearly understands what PHS/EHD's
expectations are, Unocal is also requesting that you provide us with a written agenda of the
specific items and issues that will be discussed. We would appreciate receiving the agenda at
least one week prior to the hearing.
We are also requesting that PHS/EHD extend the time in which it has directed
Unocal to submit a workplan for the March Lane property from July 15, 1997 to a date at least 30
days after the date of the "Administrative Office Hearing." We expect that the discussions at the
hearing will provide Unocal with clear guidance on what PHS/EHD expects the workplan to
accomplish.
