This work would occur in the vicinity of underground storage tanks <br /> (USTs),pump islands/dispensers, a truck maintenance shop and a truck wash area. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> Site Location <br /> The subject site is located east of McKinley Avenue and south of E. Louise Avenue within the City of <br /> Lathrop, San Joaquin County, California(see Figure 1). The subject site consists of one irregular-shaped <br /> parcel measuring approximately 106 acres with the associated San Joaquin County APN of 198-160-26. <br /> The subject site is occupied by two light-industrial buildings and a small entrance security building <br /> primarily occupied by Super Store Industries. The southern-most building, with a structural footprint of <br /> approximately 840,000 square feet, was observed to include an approximately 172,000-square-foot cold <br /> storage warehouse facility and an approximately 668,000-square-foot dry grocery warehouse and office <br /> facility. The northem-mast on-site building, with a structural footprint of approximately 8,000 square <br /> feet, was observed to include a truck maintenance shop and a truck wash bay. The existing subject site <br /> development appears to have been originally constructed in approximately 1991.
