This plan will be amended with site-specific hazards identified as posing a potential health
hazard for workers. For select sites, the Safety Officer will conduct a preliminary survey involving air and
bulk solid sample analysis, and amend the Health&Safety Plan as needed.
As analytical data becomes available, the information will be evaluated by a Health& Safety Task Leader.
Appropriate action in the form of Work/Health& Safety Plan modifications will be initiated by the Safety
Officer or the Health&Safety Task Leader.
KRAZAN&ASSOCIATES,INC.
With Offices Serving the Western United States
03417016 SSI Lathrop HASP Rnal.doc
