Install 13 borings using direct-push technology. <br /> 2. Collect grab-groundwater samples and analyze for MtBE using EPA Method 8260. Analyze deeper <br /> groundwater samples for the fuel oxygenates DIPE,ETBE,TAME and TBA. <br /> 3. Submit report of findings including recommendations for additional soil and groundwater assessment if <br /> warranted. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is now requiring analysis for 1,2-dichloroethane <br /> (1,2-DCE),ethylene dibromide(EDB),methanol and ethanol(which can be obtained with EPA <br /> Method 8260B),as well as lead(in soil)prior to closure consideration. <br /> 2. All subsurface borings within San Joaquin County require permits. Obtain the necessary drilling <br /> permits from San Joaquin County prior to commencing drilling operations. <br /> 3.
