1 j
y Manteca Unified School District
Soil&Groundwater Investigation Report II
Page: 3
2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
On June 26, 2007 M.J. Kloberdanz & Associates drilled three additional soil borings,
borings B-4, B-5, & B-6, to groundwater and collected laboratory soil and groundwater
samples. The borings were drilled within five feet of the previous borings drilled in
December of 2000 (Figure 2). All soil and water samples were non-detect for all
compounds analyzed. PNA analysis was proposed for the water samples and the soil
sample with the highest concentration of diesel. Diesel was not detected in any of the
soil samples and PNA analysis was not conducted on the soil samples.
Table of Laboratory Soil Sample Results (06/26/07)
Sample I.D. All drilling
equipment was thoroughly steam cleaned before drilling began to prevent the
introduction of contamination from off site, and between borings to prevent cross
contamination.
The borings were logged under the direct supervision of a registered geologist using the
Unified Soil Classification System.
