AGE: 14 November 1995: AGE submits Work Plan for Preliminary Soil and Ground Water Investigation for the installation of four soil probes. AGE: 09 February 1996: AGE submits Work Plan Addendum-February 1996 for the installation of four ground water monitoring wells. EHD: 07 March 1996: EHD approves AGE work plan(and addendum)for the installation of four additional monitoring wells to further define ground water contamination limits. AGE: 15 August 1996: AGE recommended in the quarterly report, the installation of three additional wells in the City of Ripon right-of-way. One well should be installed at north of MW-3; a second well should be installed northeast of MW-1, and the third well should be installed on the east side of the Highway 99 ramp. AGE: 22 November 1996: AGE recommended in the quarterly report for the delineation of the dissolved hydrocarbon plume with the collection of a minimum of four to five grab ground water samples.The samples should be collected to both delineate the hydrocarbon plume and provide information for the most effective placement of future ground water monitoring wells. AGE will provide a site specific work plan addendum for the additional well installation, upon the request of the PHS-EHD. Based on the current data the most likely placement of additional wells are as follows: one well should be installed north of MW-3; a second well should be installed northeast of MW-1 along Wilma Avenue and the third well should be installed on the east side of the Highway 99 ramp.
