INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr. Lee Shockey, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this <br /> quarterly report for 850 Milgeo Avenue, Ripon, California (site). The scope of work included <br /> quarterly monitoring of four of the four accessible ground water monitoring wells and free product <br /> remediation. The location of the site and its surroundings are depicted in Figure 1. Monitoring and <br /> ozone sparge wells, probe boring locations and structures on the site are shown in Figure 2. <br /> This report has been prepared in accordance with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> ' Board(CVRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites. Site <br /> history and findings from previous investigations and previous monitoring events at the site are <br /> summarized in Appendix A.Quarterly ground water monitoring data from April 199.6 to the present <br /> ' is summarized in Tables 1 through 3 of this report. <br /> ' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> ' . On 15 November 2005, AGE conducted quarterly ground water monitoring of monitoring wells <br /> MW-1 through MW-4; monitoring well MW-5 was not accessible. All field work was performed <br /> in accordance with guidelines developed by the CVRWQCB for the investigation of UST sites. <br /> Ground water monitoring activities.conformed to guidelines issued by the San Joaquin County <br /> ' Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> 2.1. FREE-PRODUCT REMEDIATION <br /> I During the previous quarter, a petroleum-adsorbent sock and carriage filter system was installed in <br /> well MW-4 due to the observation of free product in the ground water samples.Free product has not <br /> been observed in well MW-4 since October 2005. <br /> '2.2. QUARTERLY GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> ' AGE conducted quarterly ground water monitoring on 15 November 2005. <br /> 1 - - <br /> 2.2.1. Well Monitoring and Evacuation <br /> ' The water level and any free-phase petroleum product in wells MW-1 through MW-4 were measured <br /> . relative to the tops of the well casings using a Solinst free product interface probe;the ground water <br /> ' Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
